We're here to help with your clipboard
iOS doesn't allow apps to read the clipboard in the background. Copy Paste captures when you open the app or tap the Paste button in the History tab โ the system will ask for paste permission the first time. On macOS, capture is fully automatic.
Open Settings inside the app and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase. Lifetime Pro also restores automatically on launch.
iCloud Sync is a Pro feature. Make sure iCloud is enabled on all devices with the same Apple ID and iCloud Drive turned on. Clips, folders, tags, and workspaces sync automatically through your private iCloud database.
With Pro enabled, copy something on one device and the Copy Paste icon appears in the Dock (Mac) or App Switcher (iPhone/iPad) of your nearby devices. Tap it and the clip โ including images โ is placed on that device's clipboard, ready to paste. Both devices need the same Apple ID, Bluetooth, and Handoff enabled in system settings.
Go to Settings > General > Keyboard > Keyboards > Add New Keyboard and select Copy Paste. Then enable "Allow Full Access" so the keyboard can read your clip history. Your clips never leave your device.
That's by design. Passwords, API keys, and tokens are auto-detected and deleted after 60 seconds; one-time codes after 30 seconds. You can see what was caught in the Privacy Dashboard.
The Cmd+Shift+Space panel needs Accessibility access. Open System Settings > Privacy & Security > Accessibility, click the + button, add Copy Paste from your Applications folder, and switch it on.
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your device to view and manage your subscription.
