Go to the Store screen in the app and tap "Restore Purchases" at the bottom. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to make the original purchase.

How do hints work?

Hints reveal the correct number for one empty cell. You receive 3 free hints daily, and additional hints can be purchased or earned through the weekly subscription.

How do lives work?

You start with 5 lives. Making 3 mistakes in a single game uses one life. Lives recharge automatically - one life every 20 minutes, up to your maximum (5 for free users, 10 for subscribers).

How do I sync my progress across devices?

Make sure iCloud is enabled on all your devices and you're signed in with the same Apple ID. Your progress, purchases, and statistics will sync automatically.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your device to view and manage your subscription.

The app isn't working correctly. What should I do?

Try these steps: 1) Close and reopen the app, 2) Restart your device, 3) Check for app updates in the App Store, 4) Reinstall the app (your purchases will be restored). If the issue persists, please contact us.
